Managed claims service
Your Amazon reimbursement claims, found, filed and followed up for you.
Our claims specialist works your FBA reimbursement claims inside your own Seller Central: finding what Amazon owes you, opening each case with its evidence, and following it through to an outcome. You pay 25% of what is actually recovered, with the ReclaimHQ software included, and nothing if nothing is recovered.
We take on a limited number of accounts at a time, so each gets proper attention. Apply by email and we will reply to you there.
25% of what is recovered
Nothing to pay if nothing is recovered.
Software included
No monthly fee, no set-up fee, no minimum.
Your own Seller Central
Every case sits in your case log, where you can read it.
Stop any time
No minimum term and no notice period.
Who it is for
Amazon FBA sellers who know money is being left behind but do not have the hours to chase it, case by case.
A good fit if
- You sell through Amazon FBA from the UK and suspect Amazon owes you money you have not had time to chase.
- You have removal orders, returns or inbound shipments nobody has reconciled against what Amazon paid.
- You have filed claims before and keep getting short or denied answers.
- You would rather pay on results than add another monthly subscription.
Not what we do
- Account health or suspension appeals
- Listings, catalogue, pricing or advertising work
- Order fulfilment, buyer messages or buyer refunds
- Bookkeeping, tax or legal advice
- Chasing removal-order fees
What we work on
We reconcile your removal orders, reimbursements, customer returns, inbound shipments and FBA fees against your own cost of goods, then claim what the records show Amazon owes you.
Removal orders
Units lost, short, damaged or never delivered on the way back to you, including challenging proof of delivery that does not stand up, valued at your cost.
Reimbursements paid below your cost
Challenged through Amazon’s Reimbursement Revaluation Tool, with your purchase invoice as proof of cost.
Refunds without a return
Customer refunds where the item never came back to Amazon, leaving out any Amazon has already reimbursed.
Inbound shipments received short
Units you sent in that Amazon’s own records show as missing.
Stock damaged by Amazon
Units damaged in Amazon’s fulfilment centres or by its carriers.
FBA fee overcharges
Fees inflated by dimensions Amazon measured wrongly, challenged through a measurement review.
Reimbursements Amazon takes back
When Amazon reverses a reimbursement and there are grounds to challenge it, we challenge it. Each case is progressed to an outcome and reported back to you.
How we work
The same platform sellers use to run their own claims, worked for you by a claims specialist, with the same care we would take on our own account.
Evidence first
We file a claim only when the records support it, never duplicate or speculative claims, and at a steady pace that respects Amazon’s case-handling policies.
Claimed at your real cost
Lost and damaged units are claimed at what you actually paid, backed by your own cost sheet and supplier invoices.
Deadlines first
Every claim carries the date its window closes. We work them in deadline order, then by value, so nothing expires while it waits.
AI drafting, a person filing
Our specialist drafts with Tarquin, our AI claims assistant, and checks every case before filing it. Cases are filed one at a time, never in bulk.
Nothing hidden from you
Every case is in your own Seller Central case log, every action shows in your account’s activity, and each claim we work is recorded in your ReclaimHQ dashboard.
The money goes straight to you
Amazon pays reimbursements into your own account. No recovered money passes through us, and we never change your bank, deposit or payout details.
How it works, step by step
Step 1: Apply
Email hello@reclaimhq.uk with your store name and the marketplaces you sell on. We look at whether we can take your account on; capacity is limited, so we will tell you plainly if we cannot.
Step 2: Agree the terms in writing
A written service agreement sets out your start date, the services and the fee before any work begins.
Step 3: Connect your data and your costs
You set your own ReclaimHQ password, turn on two-step verification and connect your Amazon data, which brings in up to about 18 months of history. Then upload your cost-of-goods sheet once: Amazon does not hold your costs, and claims are made at your real cost.
Step 4: Grant access in Seller Central
You give us access through Amazon’s own Seller Central permissions, listed in full below. Amazon shows you exactly what you are approving, you can see it at any time, and you can remove it yourself instantly. We never ask for your Amazon password or two-step codes.
Step 5: We work your backlog, then new claims
Claims are worked in deadline order, then by value: each one evidenced, filed in your case log and followed up until Amazon pays or the case is closed. If a claim needs an invoice or proof of delivery, we ask in the app and by email, after first checking what we already hold.
Step 6: Every case behind the fee, listed
Your ReclaimHQ billing page lists every case behind the fee: the Amazon case reference, the amount Amazon paid and the fee on it. You are charged only on reimbursements that have actually landed, invoiced monthly in arrears.
Step 7: Leave whenever you like
There is no minimum term and no notice period. Remove our access in Seller Central yourself, and we confirm the end of the service in writing.
Pricing
Managed claims
25%
of what is actually recovered, and nothing else.
For example: if our claims recover £1,000 for you in a month, the fee is £250 and you keep £750.
- No monthly fee, no set-up fee and no minimum.
- Nothing to pay if nothing is recovered.
- The ReclaimHQ software is included for as long as you are on the service.
- Charged only on claims opened after your start date, once Amazon has paid. Reimbursements Amazon pays automatically, without a claim, are never charged.
- If Amazon later takes a reimbursement back, the fee on it is credited back to you.
- Invoiced monthly in arrears. Every case behind the fee, with its Amazon case reference, the amount Amazon paid and the fee, is listed on your ReclaimHQ billing page.
The Seller Central permissions we ask for
You grant access through Amazon's own permissions, so you approve each one and can remove any of them yourself at any time. This is the full list, with the level we ask for and what each is for.
View access wherever claims need data; Edit only where a case has to be filed or Amazon offers nothing narrower. Nothing that exposes your buyers' personal details, none of Amazon's restricted roles, and nothing from the advertising, pricing, promotions, brand, tax or lending permissions.
Where Amazon offers a permission only at its Edit level, that is the level we hold, and it is used only to read what a claim needs: we use access only for your claims, every action shows in your own Seller Central activity and case logs, and we are never given permission to add or manage users.
