Software you run yourself. It imports your removal orders, reimbursements, customer returns, inbound shipments, inventory ledger and FBA fee data, reconciles what Amazon paid against your own cost of goods, and puts a filing deadline on every claim. Tarquin, our AI claims assistant, drafts the claim text citing the relevant IDs, and every case is confirmed by a person before it is filed.

Security built in
Commercially sensitive figures are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key per account, two-factor authentication is required at sign-in, database row-level security keeps each account to its own data, and an append-only audit log is protected by an integrity chain. A documented personal data breach runbook, reviewed after every incident and at least every six months.
UK safeguards for anyone outside the UK
Any contractor outside the UK works under a UK International Data Transfer Agreement and a transfer risk assessment. Every provider that handles your data is listed on our subprocessors page.
