Affiliate Agreement

1. Introduction

This Affiliate Agreement governs your participation in the ReclaimHQ affiliate programme. It is in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The programme is operated by ReclaimHQ Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17042386), registered office 4 Leckwith Drive, Bridgend, CF31 4JH. By generating or sharing an affiliate link, you agree to these terms.

2. How referrals are tracked

• Each affiliate is issued a unique tracking link (reclaimhq.uk/r/your-code).
• When someone clicks your link we store a first-party attribution cookie in their browser for 90 days. Attribution is first-touch — if a visitor has already been attributed to another affiliate, that attribution stands.
• A referral only earns commission once the referred customer becomes a paying subscriber (after their 30-day free trial) on the base ReclaimHQ subscription.
• Self-referrals and referrals of businesses or accounts you own or control are not eligible and will be reversed.

3. Commission

• £5.00 per month for every active referred customer, for as long as that customer maintains a paying base subscription.
• £7.50 per month per referral once you have 10 or more referrals that are live and have each been retained for at least 60 days. The higher rate then applies across your referred customers while you continue to qualify.
• Commission is calculated on the base subscription only. Add-ons (such as Tarquin Pro, additional team seats, or the managed-service fee) are excluded and do not increase commission.
• Commission stops in the month a referred customer cancels their base subscription.
• Commission is paid in pounds sterling. No VAT is added unless you are VAT-registered and provide a valid VAT number, in which case VAT is handled in accordance with applicable law.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are made manually, monthly in arrears.
• Commission becomes payable only after a 60-day clearing period from the customer’s payment. This protects against refunds, chargebacks, and our money-back guarantee.
• A minimum balance of £25 must be reached before a payout is made. Balances below £25 roll over to the next cycle.
• Your first payout is subject to manual review and approval. Subsequent payouts are processed normally.
• To be paid you must provide accurate payout details: your legal name (or registered company name), country, address, bank details, and tax/VAT status. You are responsible for any taxes due on commission you receive.
• You can generate an invoice for each payout from your affiliate dashboard.

5. Clawbacks

We may reverse or withhold commission where a referred customer refunds, charges back, or cancels within the clearing period, or where a referral is found to be fraudulent, ineligible, a self-referral, or the result of a breach of this Agreement. Reversed commission is deducted from your current or future balance.

6. Promotion and disclosure

• Affiliate marketing is advertising. You must make it obvious that your link is a paid promotion. A simple line such as “I may earn a commission if you sign up through this link” is sufficient, in line with UK ASA/CAP guidance.
• You must not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about ReclaimHQ, its features, results, or pricing.
• You must not send spam (unsolicited email, DMs, or messages), or post in communities where promotion is not permitted.
• You must not bid on “ReclaimHQ” or our brand terms in paid search, use our brand in your domain, or otherwise pass yourself off as ReclaimHQ.
• You must not post fake reviews, impersonate us or others, or use cookie-stuffing, iframes, or other deceptive tracking techniques.

7. Programme changes and termination

• Commission described as “lifetime” means for the life of the referred subscription while the programme remains in operation. We may change commission rates, thresholds, or any term of this programme, and may pause or close the programme, at our discretion.
• We may reject an application, suspend, or close any affiliate account — and withhold unpaid commission — where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
• You may leave the programme at any time. Any commission validly earned and cleared before you leave remains payable.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
